Our strategy behind the growth

Because this is a business that serves a very specific audience, there is a tremendous need for detailed customer analysis, and understanding how your client purchase this service. We worked with the client to map out their buyer journeys, understand their client personas, and drafted a marketing strategy that would: 

  1. Generate leads from cold traffic.
  2. Capture warm traffic that had not already converted.
  3. Capture hot leads from word of mouth and remarketing. 

We used a number of channels from social media to PPC and email. Each client persona type had their own customer acquisition journey with custom steps tailored specifically to their individual pain points. Instead of going after a wider audience, we’re targeting specific sub-segments of these audience groups. 

The majority of time was spent on customer analysis and content creation + A/B testing. We had to nail our value propositions spot-on for each target audience segment in each of our markets. It took us about 9 months to get everything into place, and start scaling. Today we’re going strong and looking to expand our range of marketing channels, add additional relevant brand touch points, and look for ways to increase customer lifetime value by adding new service lines to existing customers of Bariatric Services.
