Content writing and leveraging social media groups

Learn how to write. You’ll be needing it.

Look through forums, blog sites, competitor websites, and where your clients tend to hang out. Unless it’s something borderline illegal. Don’t go there.

Find ways you can improve what’s already out there.

Write about the pain points your audience faces, how your product or service relates to that, and offer genuinely helpful solutions. Emphasis on genuine.

Then improve it. Outshine their best efforts.

It’ll be your free lead magnet. One article to rule them all.

Now take this magnificent piece of writing and post it everywhere you can.

Your website, relevant social media groups, newsletters, Chamber of Commerce members pages, your aunties cooking blog (can’t let any backlinks go to waste, now can we).

Do this every week.

Each article will give you about a week’s worth of content to publish.

Email marketing

If you’re actively trading with a business email, then start building your mailing list.

You can buy one, but they’re usually crap. Low quality and lots of errors. It’s best to build one yourself.

Here’s what you should do:

1)      Go on Google Maps and Google Search.

2)      Type in your target niche (just “recruitment agency” or “dentists”, for example).

3)      Look through their website for email addresses and phone numbers.

4)      Add them to your contact list.

5)      Start reaching out.

It doesn’t cost you extra money to do this.

And most importantly – it gets you clients.

These are just two things you can do to make money TODAY.
